My Thoughts - Marv
Reese
11-07-08
Well it has been an interesting 2 1/2 months of silence.
We can now all thank God there are no more elections to report
on, so maybe we can get back to business.
A recent email reminded me of something that may possibly be important to consider.
I don't know if you are familiar with the countdown. I
knew that most Democracy's only lasted about 200 years and we were
beyond that, in fact once gave a speech about it around 1964-5.
So today's email reminded me & thought I would pass it along.
How long do we have?
About the time our original 13 states adopted their constitution in
1787, Alexander Tyler, a Scottish history professor at the University
of Edinburgh, had this to say about the fall of the Athenian Republic
some 2,000 years earlier:
A democracy is always temporary in nature, it simply cannot exist as a permanent form of government.
A democracy will continue to exist up until the time the voters
discover they can vote themselves generous gifts from the public
treasury.
From that moment on,the majority always vote for the candidate who
promises the most benefits from the public treasury, with the result
that every democracy will finally collapse due to loose fiscal policy, which is always followed by a dictatorship.
The average age of the worlds greatest civilizations from the beginning of history, has been about 200 years,
During those 200 years, those nations always progress through the following sequence:
1.From bondage to spiritual faith;
2.From spiritual faith to great courage;
3.From courage to liberty;
4.From liberty to abundance;
5.From abundance to complacency;
6.From complacency to apathy;
7.From apathy to dependence
8.From dependence back into bondage
Keep in mind that this information & research was finished around 1787.

Somewhat in jest I might suggest that as of this day we only have 75 days left.
I personally was blessed in that I was able to live during stages
4,5 & 6 and further fortunate that I probably will not have to live
long during stage 7 & 8 as in just four days will be 74 years of
age.
If Congress grants amnesty and citizenship to twenty
million invaders called illegals, and they vote, then we can say goodbye
to the USA in fewer than five years. (Scroll down to the comments dated 7-2-08)
I think we can now be assured that we have entered stage 7 as the hand
out line is now too long to stand in as Congress gets ready for an
Obama presidency backed by a near veto proof liberal congress.
I further find it interesting that Barnam's proclamation of a sucker born every minute stands steadfast as this election has ended.
The reason I say this is because, in my opinion of course, our economic
crisis was orchestrated by Liberals. It started with the
Community Reinvestment Act, enacted by Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton then
put some real teeth in the act followed by a Liberal congress that
blocked any attempt to reign in Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac. In
addition, during that same time frame, liberals & tree huggers (an
oxymoron) blocked any attempt for on shore or offshore drilling.
Corporate greed also had a hand but only after
the ACT was forced upon them & our nation. With car gas
hitting over $4 a gallon and the housing market, a bubble ready to
burst, we had an economic collapse. Now here comes the Barnum
procamation - These same people were able to convince the suckers that
it was caused by a Republican president and not themselves so the
suckers voted to put the fox & many of his pack back into the
chicken coup as we now enter STAGE 7 of our demise.
Professor Joseph Olson of Hemline University School of law,St Paul
Mn.points out some interesting facts concerning the 2000 Presidential
election;
Number of states won by:Democrats:19 Republicans:29
Square miles of land won by,Democrats:580,000 Republicans 2,427,000
Population of counties won by,democrats:127 million Republicans:143 million
Murder rate per 100,000 residents in counties won by,Democrats:13.2 republicans:2.1
Professor Olsen adds:In aggregate, the map of the territory republican
won was mostly the land owned by the taxpaying citizens of this great
country.Democrat territory mostly encompassed those citizens living in
government owned tenements and living off various forms of government
welfare...Olsen believes the United States is now somewhere between the
'complacency and apathy' phase of Professor Tyler's definition of
democracy, with some forty percent of the nations population already
having reached the 'governmental dependency' phase.
WE LIVE IN THE LAND OF THE FREE,ONLY BECAUSE OF THE BRAVE......

"Modern liberalism is based on socialism. Socialism requires that all citizens be
stripped of their rights and accept themselves as property of the state. What
better way to get people to sell themselves into slavery than to say that it is
necessary to save the planet or the economy?"

8-22-08 - Long time, no update - sorry
You can call the White House at 202-456-1111 to encourage the President to call a special session of Congress.
I also hear today that some Republicans may be getting a coalition to
shut down the government in Sept if they won't call for an energy vote.
On the Market - I really didn't care for the recent
advance, although it held today in some fairly poor news. I still
feel there is a good possibility of a 1980's type recession in the
future for whomever becomes president. The P/E on the S&P is
still around 20 which is historically high.
On the Global Warming Myth
- "A number of influential people in Russia, China, India,
Indonesia and Vietnam say the planet is now entering a 30-year cooling
period, the second half of a normal cycle driven by cyclical changes in
the sun's output and currents in the Pacific Ocean. Their theory leaves
true believers in carbon catastrophe livid. Uranium is the only
carbon-free fuel liked by fast-growing nations. Some 439 nuclear power
plants are currently operating in 31 countries. China plans to build
another 100 for itself in the next 20 years. By 2020 or so a new
reactor will be starting up somewhere in the world every five to six
days, compared with one every 17 days in the 1980s. China is building
coal and nuclear plants in Pakistan, and Russia in Iran, Bulgaria and
India."

UNDERSTANDING THE HUGE NATIONAL DEBT
Debt vs. GDP
http://www.swivel.com/graphs/show/5543118
http://www.heritage.org/Research/Budget/bg1820.cfm
http://pajamasmedia.com/blog/how_bad_is_the_national_debt_r/

http://www.optimist123.com/optimist/2007/06/international_d.html
Ideally, experts say, your total monthly long-term debt payments,
including your mortgage and credit cards, should not exceed 36 percent
of your gross monthly income. That's one metric that mortgage bankers
consider when assessing the creditworthiness of a potential
borrower. You as a buyer of course try to get the lowest interest rate
you can get so that your debt service won't kill you in monthly
payments with most of the money going to pay interest instead of
principle.
You & I can relate to emergency expenses. A big medical bill,
a law suit, a car crash etc. At those times of course your debt
may temporarily exceed that 36% cap. Another thing we can relate
to is a normal increase in wages as the years go by which might enable
us to buy more or pay higher prices so we tend to base our expense vs
our income or what we expect as income.
So with that as a basic understanding of debt vs income & what are
good and bad numbers, let's see how our own government stands up to
that test. Now that might be fun !
At the end of 2001, the federal debt held by the public of the United
States stood at 33 percent of U.S. gross domestic product. That was the
lowest it had been in 18 years. At the end of 2003, federal debt stood
at 36 percent of GDP. It now stands at about 38%. During
that period our country had three big emergency problems - 9/11, Iraq
& high foreign oil prices. Prior to that time Bush borrowed a
bunch of money but was able to do so at around 1.5% but it still pissed
me off and justified my reasoning for not voting for him or his
opponent but did vote for others. As a result our debt seems to
be about 2% higher than it needs to be.
Looking back at American history, it is apparent that economic
prosperity can continue even if the federal government maintains a debt
burden that is much higher than it is today as a percentage of
GDP. During WW11 our debt far exceed our Gross Domestic Product
and was 120% of our income, so as Forrest Gump says "Shit Happens".
Today, the unemployment rate is at 5.7 percent. It was 5.4
percent in 1996 when Bill Clinton was re-elected. Clinton proclaimed in
his State of the Union speech that year that the “economy is the
healthiest it has been in three decades.” Since the 2003 tax cuts were
enacted, the U.S. economy has been growing at a 5.4 percent annualized
pace, which is the fastest clip we’ve experienced since 1984 although
it is now slowing to around 2% & unemployment is rising a bit but
still low by historic standards.
This remarkable record on the economy owes much to the pro-growth
policies of the Bush administration. By reducing the tax code’s
inherent penalties on work, saving, investment, and entrepreneurship,
the administration has kept us out of a prolonged recession. Yet,
critics of President Bush’s fiscal policies have argued that today’s
record federal deficit, which will reach about $9.5 trillion,
will cause long-term economic growth to flounder by pushing interest
rates higher. Facts usually don't support that theory and right
now interest rates remain at a historic low of 2% in spite of
that apparently huge debt.
The lesson is clear: Economic prosperity can continue even if the
federal government never balances its budget. The greater threats to
prosperity are high levels of taxation and regulatory barriers to
growth. President Bush deserves our gratitude for having steered a
fiscal course that has kept the economy on track.
So even if he always seemed like a pompus ass to me, his economic policies worked out pretty good.
For the record I remain a conservative but not necessarily a Republican.

8-4-08 - Well Crap - Daisy Grounded
Still have a pin hole fuel tank leak. Poopie.
Put another hour on Daisy Mae this morning. She is a nice gentle bipe. Fun to look at and fun to fly.
.............................................................................................................................................................
7-30-08 Ok - It's possible that banks have bottomed. It's possible the dollar has bottomed. And oil & gold continues to drop as predicted last month. What else can you ask for?
Well we could ask Congress to not go on vacation until they at least vote on The American Energy Act.
While you & I try to decide if we can afford to go on
vacation, the Nancy Pelosi ,Harry Reid, Obama tribe plans to ignore the
gas price problem & take a 5 week vacation, starting this week.
Call & raise hell about that. They want to leave
Washington this Friday having done nothing to lower gas prices. They
won't even allow a vote on the American Energy Act. Our nation is being
held hostage by one person ......... Nancy Pelosi.
McCain should also be raising hell about this, calling for the need for
a Republican majority when you vote............ but he isn't.
Put another hour & a half on Daisy Mae
today. Auto fuel has dropped to 3.54 here in Missouri but it still
costs too damned much to fly or drive. Nancy Pelosi seems to be
deaf & dumb.
...........................................................................................................................................
7-29-08 - There is an old saying in the market.
"When they back up the truck, they take all of the girls".
Such has been the case the last couple of days as the Sucker
Rally didn't last very long & no summer rally appears in sight,
however we may just be testing the most recent low in the market.
As the market searches for the bottom there are some quality
stocks to at least begin thinking about. Catapillar, Ford,
Sprint, and Dreamworks. But another old saying is don't try to catch a falling knife.
..........................................................................................................................................
7-27-08 - Turkey Mountain Fly In
Finally got the wheel pants installed on Daisy Mae so
we had to fly her yesterday at our monthly fly in. Weather was
finally perfect. We were rained out the previous 2 months. Last
week the rest of the grandkids finally got to see her in the air &
now one wants to become an airline pilot. He also helped me with rib stitching.
I did come up with a new line for women. When you find one that
seems worthy of your attention, just ask if she would do you a favor
& check to see if you really are suffering from E.D.
...........................................................................................................................................
7-25-08 It's a sad day
I received an email today about Irena Sendler who died recently at 98 years of age.
During her lifetime she smuggled over 2500 kids/infants in the bottom
of her tool box to avoid the Nazi's. They caught her and broke
both of her arms & legs and beat her severely.
She was nominated for the Nobel Peace prize but lost out to Al Gore who made an inaccurate video about Global Warming.
Another sad chapter in "where is the outrage?"
FOR SOME TIME, ITS BEEN THE OPINION OF A MULTITUDE THAT THE CROWD WHO
SELECTS NOBEL PRIZE AWARDEES IS COMPOSED MAINLY OF VACANT HEADED FOOLS
REWARDING THEIR KIND. THIS STORY IS VALID CONFIRMATION.
The entire email can be seen here:

7-16-08 - Big wipsaw today. Oh well.
With the president making another call for drilling, oil took
another hit which, along with the fed wanting to bail out Freddie &
Fannie, the market zipped up, gold & oil tanked & banks led the
way. You may remember I thought the banks had their panic selloff
last week & were due for a rally and the market was way
oversold. The president proved that something could be done to
make oil prices go down & that was to make folks THINK we might
drill. So the market moved IN ANTICIPATION of change.
Oil is now down to it's long term trendline so I would guess I might
rally tomorrow but if it breaks the trendline then oil is done
for awhile but not out. Same for the market. It may have a
nice rally for awhile but is not done going down, in my opinion &
the dollar will remain weak so gold will have a few more points up but
not much.
I am not in favor of bailing out Freddie & Fannie with our tax
dollars. Are we so soft that we just can't accept a big company
failing? Good lord, let the market settle the problem & keep
the government out of this as much as is humanly possible. It is
amost like Federalizing (socializing) our whole monetary system.
Both of them violated rules in a big way & both CEO's spent big
money with lobbyists while taking over a million dollars a year to run
these companies into the ground.
............................................................................................................
7-16-08 - Yesterday was just FUN !!!
It started with Investor's Business Daily calling for Nancy Pelosi to be removed from office as she continues to block oil legislation from coming to the floor. (more below) I love it! Then we had a major drop in oil prices
but the bad news is that the market still went down. If the
market falls in the face of good news, that isn't good so I would
expect more down in the market. Fuel consumption in the U.S. is down 4% from last year
which now has the Saudi's paying attention. But we still have
those idiots wanting to indicate that if we do allow drilling it won't
help prices today. Well that is out & out "spin". Markets move ANTICIPATING CHANGE, not the change itself. The oil market see's a change in the works so is ANTICIPATING that change & moved down significantly.
I also saw portions of the worst newscast I have ever seen & it was done by Shepard Smith on Fox news
who seemed to be wanting to stir up panic in the U.S. markets. I
really have never seen such irresponsible reporting even on NBC. He
seemed more interested in scaring people than even listening to his
guests who didn't share his views, calling their opinions as
"spin". What an idiot. I have had my doubts about ol Shep
for quite sometime now as his ego seems to overpower any normal amount
of intelligence.
Obama is a true politician & changes his decisions almost daily
& the press ignores it. McCain has changed positions a few
times but gave reasonable explanations so from the standpoint of truth
& core values, it goes hands down to McCain. I don't like
either of them but will probably vote for McCain as I don't want a
socialistic, left wing radical, racist, inexperienced high school
student in that position. He is what I refer to as an educated
idiot, long on education, long on bull shit and short on character
& common sense. It is even noticed by normal Democrats who feel the Democratic Party has been hijacked by left wing radicals & are mounting a campaign against Obama.
When I was younger I thought Alan Greenspan was the best person to run the Federal Reserve but one thing stuck in my mind and that was when he
attended Clinton' inaugural dinner and sat next to bull-shit Bill. No
Federal Reserve chairman had ever done that as they are supposed to be
politically neutral. Now that I have aged I see that his policies of loose money actually put us where we are today.
Mr. Greenspan today acknowledges he saw it coming but didn't know how
to handle it. It is true that Clinton had a good bull market as a
result but it came with a price we are now paying for. Liberals
like Christopher Dodd
(Chair of the banking committee) didn't want strong regulators
overseeing Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac & now they are in deep shit
and of course now they do want stronger regulators. What a bunch
of crap. Now, even though they allowed the new rules, they have
decided to not allow naked short sales. To that I say
"Duuuuuh". In days of old you had to physically borrow shares to
sell short and could only short a stock following an uptick in the
stock which kept the downside orderly & sometimes there was no
stock to borrow making a short sale impossible, but they trashed both
of those rules a few years back for some reason & now see the error
in their ways. Where do we get these idiots? Surely not
from liberal colleges ......... Nah.
So for me it was a fun day seeing the liberal chickens come home to roost, normal Democrats acknowledging their party has been high jacked by the Socialists,
& Nancy under a big fire to move on the energy bill & oil
prices plunging as predicted. But I have no idea how the
government can support Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac as I believe that
may be unconstitutional.
On the not so fun side - Fed Chairman
Bernanke ignored the slide in the dollar. - as a result expect a new
low for the dollar.
An added note about Pelosi - She
persistently fosters what Thomas Jefferson denounced as "tyranny by the
majority," and violates House rules that give her the duty to maintain
order, civility, and decorum, and to foster "comity" (a word rarely
used these days, meaning "mutual respect").
........................................................................................................................
7-15-08 - Push
came to shove & the president lifted the ban on drilling which
firmly put the problem in Nancy Pelosi & Harry Reid's lap. He
waited a month to see if they would pass a sensible energy plan &
they didn't. With a congressional approval rate of 9% maybe they
will now come to their senses. We may have to wait a year or so
before they realize Global Warming is caused by solar activity rather
than any man made Co2 emissions. (well I can hope). Our country really needs an application to run for president along with an
intellectual test for ability to do the job, the same way our corporations
decide on employee selection for a particular job. That would certainly cut
down on the candidates & improve our selection process. (Same for Congress.)
Please don't sign this petition. It is called the Do Not Mail Petition being sent to Nancy Pelosi & Harry Reid.
Be careful out there. This is part of the UN's Global Warming
myth & the purchasing of Carbon Credits, a program that Al Gore
hopes to profit by. Make no mistake, this petition is part of
that UN operation. The only thing I would ask Nancy Pelosi &
Harry Reid to do is resign. Environmentalists and liberals are
the reason fuel costs are so high. They want them high. http://www.pubmedcentral.nih.gov/articlerender.fcgi?artid=2270839
It states: "Junk mail is more than just an annoyance; it's an environmental crisis. Every
year, junk mail production destroys 100 million trees, creating as much global
warming emissions equivalent to the emissions of 3.7 million cars.
We
deserve the right to protect our privacy and our time. We deserve clean air and
forest protection. Sign our petition today and take back your mailbox:"
Now a better way
would be to write your own senators (both of them) and your
congressional representatives to pass a bill against Junk Mail and not
include the environmental impact statement nor the Global Warming myth
nor the clean air deal nor forest protection as that helps set up their
agenda. Forrest fires have caused a lot of pollution as have
volcanoes. They want you to believe that by not cutting tree's
you will be in support of their overall plan which I am sure isn't your
objective. By doing it this way, you accomplish your objective
without attaching yourself to the overall UN plan which is to
redistribute our wealth to other countries. Most countries in the
UN don't like Americans and want our wealth re-distributed under the
guise of Co2 emissions & Global Warming.
They hid the basic reason behind a noble cause. Really who could
be against Mom & Apple pie & preservation of our tree's?
My opinion is that the petition is a scam to further their socialistic
objectives. I am sure I am not wrong.
.....................................................................................................................
7-10-08 - Now the truth comes out.
China & India will not sign the
Kyoto agreement so if we go along with this world wide farce it will
only be because we wish to redistribute our wealth to the under
privileged nations of the world which in my opinion is a Marxist,
Socialist, Liberal movement to redistribute the worlds wealth in an
attempt to create Utopia and being done under the guise of Global
Warming.
Are we so pompous to think that man can change the climate? That
man is more powerful than the sun? That we can actually stabilize the
climate? Climate changes have been a fact of life since life
began. Exactly how are our politicians going to stabilize solar
flares or volcanic eruptions?
Again I caution that I am against pollution and I am also against people that lie & governments that brainwash.
Quotes below are from the web sites posted below.
As Will Rogers observed, "with Congress, every time they make a joke, it's a law. And every time they make a law, it's a joke."
"If humans
are the cause of Global Warming, why have the carbon dioxide "ice caps"
near Mars's south pole been diminishing for three summers in a
row?" This was revealed in data taken in 2005 from NASA's Mars Global Surveyor.
Habibullo Abdussamatov, head of space research at St. Petersburg's
Pulkovo Astronomical Observatory in Russia, says the Mars data is
evidence that the current global warming on Earth is being caused by
changes in the sun. "The long-term increase in solar irradiance is
heating both Earth and Mars," he said. "Simultaneous
warming on Earth and Mars suggests that our planet's recent climate
changes have a natural—and not a human-induced—cause."
"Dr Philip Stott, the professor emeritus of bio-geography at the
University of London, told The Telegraph: "What has been forgotten in
all the discussion about global warming is a proper sense of history."
According to Prof Stott, the evidence also undermines doom-laden predictions about the effect of higher global temperatures. "During
the Medieval Warm Period, the world was warmer even than today, and
history shows that it was a wonderful period of plenty for everyone."
"The record set in 1998 has not been surpassed. For nearly a decade now, there has been no global warming.
Even though atmospheric carbon dioxide continues to accumulate - it's
up about 4 percent since 1998 - the global mean temperature has
remained flat. That raises some obvious questions about the theory that
CO2 is the cause of climate change."
"Just last month, more than 100 scientists signed a strongly worded
open letter pointing out that climate change is a well-known natural
phenomenon, and that adapting to it is far more sensible than
attempting to prevent it. Because slashing carbon dioxide emissions means retarding economic development,
they warned, "the current UN approach of CO2 reduction is likely to
increase human suffering from future climate change rather than to
decrease it."
Sun spots are reaching a 1,000 year high & should peak in 2012.
The Little Ice Age coincided with a sunspot minimum.
"Worshipping the Earth is a common and popular religion. Earth
worshippers hate the presence of mankind on the planet." "Earth
worshippers have no logic and dismiss any and all scientific fact. This
is their religion. They lay themselves in front of bulldozers in an
attempt to prevent any change to Mother Earth, their god. Earth
worshippers hate global cooling and global warming. They don't blame
solar flares for a change in the Earth's temperature because the
culprit must be evil mankind." "Earth worshippers are most likely
to be Marxist-Socialists-Liberals as well." "Are left-wing, liberal professors mentally nuts? Well, yes. An eminent psychiatrist claims those who possess a liberal ideology are suffering from a clinical mental disorder.
"Based on strikingly irrational beliefs and emotions, modern liberals
relentlessly undermine the most important principles on which our
freedoms were founded," says Dr. Lyle Rossiter, author of the new book,
"The Liberal Mind: The Psychological Causes of Political Madness." "Like
spoiled, angry children, they rebel against the normal responsibilities
of adulthood and demand that a parental government meet their needs
from cradle to grave."
"Marxists-Socialists-Liberals try to use the global warming topic as an
opportunity to spread the wealth of the world for the creation of their
"utopia." Marxists-Socialists-Liberals want to tax intelligent,
hard-working industrial nations who use energy and give the money to
third world countries where the people are corrupt and lazy. Billions
of US dollars and British pounds sterling have been pumped into these
third world countries for 100 years with zero progress in their
economies. These people can never be raised to the "utopian" level.
Socialism will always be a failure. Non-socialist leaders such as
Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper and US President George Bush
naturally disagree with the socialists scheme called the Kyoto Global
Warming Treaty."
"Historically, the Northwest Passage linking the Atlantic and Pacific
Oceans has been ice-bound through the year. But the agency says ice
cover has been steadily shrinking, and this summer's reduction has made
the route navigable." There is one major problem with this story about
the Northwest Passage opening. It was navigated by Roald Amundsen in
1903-06. He sailed his ship through open water from east to west
landing in Nome, Alaska. You may notice that the article did not
mention this important historical fact. This type of news manipulation
is called brainwashing."

7-10-08 -Well maybe we are not ready for that rally, but we could be close.
BBDB did go up against
the grain however. I would just love to see a panic sell so we
can get the down turn over but let's face the facts. Fannie Mae
& Freddy Mac are bankrupt, we will see a few, maybe many
banks go under so until the banks find a bottom, the market will be
shaky. With Iran launching missles it does appear as though they
are pushing for a war. Strictly from a technical standpoint I saw
a double top in the Dow (an "M" formation) which was quite bearish.
The first top was in July of last year and the second in Dec. of
last year. We then had a downturn & a rally, another drop and
another rally but am not sure if we are in the second or third phase of
the downturn. The third phase will be a dramatic downturn with
climatic volume at the bottom. Somewhere around that time we will
hear that we are in a recession. These
announcements usually happen at the bottom. When you believe that
someone has to be absolutely stupid to be in the stock market you will
be looking at the bottom. The other scenerio is simply a sideways
market for years which is what I am guessing.
......................................................................................................................
7-08-08 - The economic Shell Game - Exporting our trade deficit.
Everyone must accept as fact that all countries are in a world market for the exchange of goods.
For example, we want to sell things to other countries & they want
to sell things to us. It is a fact of life so get used to the
idea.
To isolate ourselves from the world market would be an economic
disaster. This is why our government is always open to economic
trade agreements, although lagging behind in these type of agreements
with Asian countries. We probably need NAFTA as well as the
Columbian Trade Agreement that was recently suspended by
congress. The more trade agreements, the more we can sell to
other countries.
Oil is involved in this as a product of the world since many countries have oil to sell, therefore the price of oil is set by the world
rather than how much an individual country can produce. If your
country produces oil then you find a buyer willing to pay for your oil
& hopefully the price will be high as you can get. As a
result it matters not where you sell your oil as the end result will be an effect on the world market price.
If we produce too much oil then the price will go down. If
we produce less than the world is using then the price will go up.
In the U.S. we use about 60% more oil than we produce, which is a BIG problem
that won't be solved without figuring out a way to use 60% less,
otherwise we will have to buy oil in the world market with dollars
since the price of oil is pegged to the value of the dollar. A
recent survey found that most Americans don't want to lower the speed
limit to 55 mph again. So I guess the only answer would be to
drive to work only 3 days a week or figure out how many days a week you
wish to not have air conditioning or some other comfort of oil.
Al Gore & other Hollywood types will need to ground their personal
jets & Hummers. Sorry Whoopie.
As I have stated earlier, this oil has to be refined in order to make it into gasoline and that takes about 30 days.
Some countries don't have enough refining capability so they export their oil to a country that has that capability.
Not all refineries in the United States are U.S.-owned.
For example, Venezuela owns the three CITGO refineries in the United
States. Most of the 750,000 barrels a day of fuel produced at those
refineries is sold at the nation's 14,000 CITGO gas stations, but about
30,000 barrels a day is shipped back to Venezuela, where you can fill
up for the government-subsidized price of 19 cents a gallon.
Not all oil can be converted to gasoline. About 35% of our Alaskan oil exports are Petroleum Coke which is used in making steel and is not really a fuel. Fuel oil amounts to about 30% of exports. Most of the Alaskan exports go to California, Alaska & Hawaii.
Some refineries can't convert this heavy oil into other products so is
sold in the world market. Only about 10,000 barrels of gas were
exported. The U.S. does export about one million barrels of oil
& oil products but almost none of this is crude oil. The
amount of exports is significant enough to cause concern among those
fearful that the country is exporting oil in a time of high prices when
that oil is needed at home. But 14% of this petroleum is traded with
Canada, 23% with Mexico, and 13% is petroleum coke. Canada and Mexico
are among the nation’s most important suppliers of crude oil; in 2004
they supplied 2.1 mbd and 1.6 mbd of the nation’s gross total imports
of 12.9 mbd. Any exports to these countries are likely related to
geographic considerations involving ease of transport. And they are
more than offset by the great importance of Canadian and Mexican oil
supplies to this country. All Alaskan crude has gone to the US, mostly through Washington and California refineries.
http://seekingalpha.com/article/50064-is-the-us-exporting-its-deficit
http://www.gravmag.com/oil.html#expimp
It’s also true that the U.S. exports crude oil — but only little.
According to the latest Department of Energy figure, about 29,000
barrels of U.S. crude left the country in March — and all of it went to
Canada, which sends roughly 2.5 million barrels day our way.The exports
to Canada represent a small part of the output of Alaskan oil that can
be cheaply shipped to nearby parts of Canada.
"As of March 2008, the latest data available, U.S. oil refiners were
exporting more than 1.8 million barrels a day of crude oil, gasoline,
diesel, jet fuel and other refined products. The top five destinations
for U.S. fuel were Mexico, Canada, the Netherlands, Chile and
Singapore. Mexico ships us oil, we refine it into gasoline and sell
some of it back to Mexico." Same for Canada.
http://ncseonline.org/NLE/CRSreports/natural/nrgen-25.cfm
The whole world is presently feeling the first effects of the general exhaustion of world oil fields.
We are dealing with a decline in world production of oil as the
supplies are being exhausted. It is interesting to note as well
that the United States is a leader in oil producing nations but is not
a leader in oil exportation. This is caused by the US’s incredible oil
use, which causes a staggering deficit for the oil trade
annually. The United States, for an example, gets a lot of its
oil from Mexico and Canada because they are not only close but also
have the North Atlantic Free Trade Agreement to facilitate the exchange. (NAFTA)
http://www.duke.edu/web/soc142/team9/ITP.html
Now comes the interesting part. As I stated earlier, oil is paid
for in dollars. Not real dollars, but rather bank entries.
As one site (below) suggested it was paid for in digital money.
You see when Nixon took our country off of the Gold Standard, our money
became backed by nothing so basically it is a worthless piece of paper
or a digital entry in a computer somewhere.
Prices of everything will continue to rise everywhere for at least two reasons.
One of course is the scarcity of oil but second is due to the terrible
financial chaos caused by bad investments made in recent years.
"The Central Banks cannot do anything about this rise in prices caused
by a greater and greater scarcity of oil. From here on, oil will be
subject to a rationing due to scarcity, but the countries which have
the advantage of issuing reserve currencies can “jump the waiting line”
for their ration and simply issue more banking digits to ensure their
supply. When they “jump the waiting line” and create more digital money
to get their oil, they are creating a world inflation of prices."
"The main Central Banks will create gigantic quantities of money in an attempt to save the busted banks.
This tsunami of digital money intended to save the banks – bankers are
always saved – will destroy the value of the dollar and consequently
the value of the Mexican peso" and other foreign currencies.
"China, the great manufacturing power and exporter, is an example: too
much digital money is entering China and thus prices in China are on a
tear; both their internal prices and now their exports will be rising
in price. Chinese products have to go up in price and soon they will be
sold for higher prices both in the US and in Mexico: digital monetary
inflation originates in NY City, passes on to China and from there, it
returns to the US and to Mexico in the form of higher prices for
Chinese products."
http://www.321energy.com/editorials/price/price062908.html
One other observation that became apparent to me early in life was that we, the U.S., would always have inflation.
The U.S. creates money by selling Treasury Notes, Bills & Long Term
bonds. The long term bonds usually are 30 year bonds. When
you buy one for $10,000, on that day let's say the price of a loaf of
bread is $2. This means that the day you loan the government
$10,000 you could have purchased 5,000 loaves of bread. There
have been very few years when we did not have inflation. Just
using simply math rather than compound math assuming an inflation rate
of 3% annually it is easy to see that when the government pays you
back, thirty years later, you can buy fewer than 500 loaves of bread as
90% of your purchasing power has decreased due to inflation. In
actuality using compound math you may end up owing the government to
buy even one loaf of bread.
So the decline of the dollar was probably engineered so that our actual
cost of oil is quite a bit less than we appear to be paying, which is
why I am in favor of a stronger dollar. A stronger dollar will
decrease the price of oil immediately.
Another bottom line is that the world is in an economic recession as most world markets are down from 20 to 50
% from their highs.
............................................................................................................................
7-6-08 Today's Question - (which appears to be rhetorical) -
If
we conclude that the oil company's have made windfall profits, will
increasing their tax help lower fuel prices, or will the oil company's
just raise the price more to cover the increased taxes, thereby
becoming a tax collector for the government?
It should be
noted that the Senate approved drilling in AWAR on March 16, 2005
But this was blocked in Dec. of
2005 by Environmental
campaigners as they narrowly blocked a Republican plan to allow oil drilling in
the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge. The
Republican majority failed to get the 60 votes in the 100-member chamber needed
to cut off debate yesterday. The vote was 56-44. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/10560979/
http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2005/12/21/politics/main1152602.shtml
What Americans may also forget, is that the Republican Congress opened up ANWR every single
year that we were in power. But, what happened was in the
Senate, the democrats killed it every
year in the senate."
"So, you had Clinton
veto it in 1995, and then every single year after that you had the democrats
kill it in the US Senate." http://gatewaypundit.blogspot.com/2008/06/democrats-big-lie-about-anwr.html
I guess we have to blame Bush for that too.
...........................................................................................................................
7-04-08 As predicted the market yesterday drifted up. I repeat: "
The market is oversold so I would expect a 'Sucker Rally' that will be
long enough and good enough to appear real followed by another downturn
later this year."
I am in error on one subject & that being the Kyoto Protocol.
Clinton signed it in 1997 but George Bush pulled the US out of the
Kyoto accords as one of the first acts of his presidency. Bush
dismissed Kyoto Protocol as too costly, describing it as "an
unrealistic and ever-tightening strait jacket." Lately, the White House
has even questioned the validity of the science behind global warming,
and claims that millions of jobs will be lost if the US joins in this
world pact.
So good for George ..........
The entire basis for Global Warming being caused by man made greenhouse gasses (Co2) has been scientifically proven as false.

Free Million Dollar Idea - And
yes I am absolutely sincere. The only thing I ask for would be
recognition as the sole source of this plan. Contact a lottery
printing company & a Scratch & Sniff expert to sell your own Carbon Offset Scratch & Sniff stamps with 3 scratch & sniff area's. One labeled Cow & Sheep Farts, one labeled Kangaroo Farts and one labeled Red Neck Chili Farts.
Include a warning label that only one of these contains NO
Harmful Greenhouse gas & not to use a plastic bag to dispose of
them. Also include a reminder that it is their patriotic duty to "Do
Your Part & Please Don't Fart".
I remember making stink bombs when I was a kid with our Chemistry set
using Sulfur as the main ingredient but do your own research. I
would recommend a Rose Smell for the Kangaroo.

OK ...... If I have not been weird before, today I will become weird on you simply because I have a curious mind.
Sometimes I am diverted and today looks like that
day. As I sat on the pot this morning contributing to the Co2
greenhouse gas emission problem I began to think about an impending
Obama presidency.
The most liberal of all liberals, when like a bolt of lightening I
remembered something about Dec. 2012. My mental potty math was
off as I was thinking his term would expire in 2012 instead of January
2013. I think.
Wasn't Dec. 21, 2012 supposed to be the end of the world as we know it?
Yup. A mere 1632 days away, as reflected in the Mayan long
calendar, Aztec, Incan and Hopi traditions. This date marks the close
of several cycles of time. They predict that Earth and humanity are
about to be birthed into a new reality based on unity predicated on a
dramatic advance in consciousness. You will also find mention in
Revelations.
So it seems everyone that came before us was well aware of that date for some reason.
The number thirteen was a root number for the Maya. It is both a prime
number and the eighth number in the crucial Fibonacci series that is
one source of the Golden Ratio, 1.618.
The Golden Ratio seemed to have been used in the building of the
pyramids and there are a number of stock analysts that use it in
determining stock cycles. The Elliott Wave theory comes to mind
first. Seems a lot of people discover the ratio in just about
everything.
I found the information here of great interest:
"The cyclical nature of the long range weather patterns are well
established as are the variable nature of solar activity. We know that
this is true since we have been in a ‘global warming’ period for the
past 300 years................ Is it a coincidence that 2012 also
coincides with the next solar sunspot maximum? The actual peak of this
300-year cycle of increasing solar output occurred in 1960 when the
number of sunspots exceeded 200, the usual peak is around 100-150. Now,
what is interesting is that during the first half of the 20th century
the Earth’s seismic and volcanic activity was comparatively quiet. (ed
- I guess there was one period where for 70 years there was NO solar
activity)
Then after 1960 the level of seismic and volcanic activity increases
steadily to the point that the 1990s can accurately be called the
‘decade of disasters’. The surge in major earthquakes and volcanic
eruptions radically departed from earlier decades. According to the
chief scientist for the world’s largest reinsurance company Zurich Re,
“since 1960 natural disasters are a growth industry.”
http://www.december212012.com/articles/general_information/7.shtml
Then there was the Albert Einstein statement “If the bee disappeared off the surface of the globe
then man would only have four years of life left. No more bees, no more
pollination, no more plants, no more animals, no more man.” (ed - It
started I think in 2004- with the bee population declining)
http://www.cbc.ca/technology/story/2008/06/10/f-bees-colony-mites.html)
http://www.december212012.com/articles/Albert-Einstein/Vanishing_Bee.htm
http://news.nationalgeographic.com/news/2004/10/1005_041005_honeybees.html
"The disappearing bee phenomena isn’t restricted to the US. In Europe
countries are experiencing varying degrees of what investigators
describe as “colony collapse disorder” (or CCD). Countries affected
include Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Italy and Greece.
However the most serious losses have occurred in the US. On the West
Coast keepers have seen bee population losses in the 30 to 60 percent
range. On the East Coast and Texas it gets as high as 70%. These are
catastrophic drops for an industry that considers around a 20%
population decline to be an off-season norm."
Here is a PhD discussion along the lines of 2012 that I also found quite interesting.
http://www.december212012.com/articles/general_information/The_Shift_in_Human_Consciousness.htm
"That date is actually a very real physical astronomical date where
there is a perfect alignment and where there is an opening in the
cosmos that aligns with the central sun of our galaxy.
It seems as though it comes up in so many different belief systems
& teachings you almost have to consider that it may be true."
In a book, Going Deeper, by American based author & columnist for United Press International, Jean-Claude
Koven he says that " if you are deeply saddened by the way humans treat
each other, suffer from allergies & other sensitivities, feel
alienated even from friends & family, are more comfortable with
plants and animals than people you may be one of the 70 million
wanders, here to assist in the impending shift of the universe."
"Koven backs up his view with scientific facts relating to recent changes in our solar system. He said the North Pole has already wandered some 1,100km into the Arctic Ocean and
significant changes have been recorded in the earth’s gravity field
that results in increased volcanic and tectonic activity.
He also cites a recent article in the Observer that talks about a
clandestine report the US government has received from the Pentagon
warning major European cities will be sunk beneath rising seas as
Britain is plunged into a "Siberian" climate. Nuclear conflict,
mega-droughts, famine and widespread rioting will erupt across the
world.
The document predicts that abrupt climate change could bring the planet
to the edge of anarchy as countries develop a nuclear threat to defend
and secure dwindling food, water and energy supplies, and that the
threat to global stability vastly eclipses that of terrorism. Koven
says the mission of the Wanderers is to help evolve the consciousness
of humanity during this time of transition so that as many as
possible, if they so choose, can live on the new fourth density Earth."
http://www.december212012.com/articles/general_information/8.shtml
"Throughout the thirteen-year tribulation that began on the winter
solstice 1999 we can expect to see a number of dramatic events guiding
us to our ultimate destiny in 2012. Among these events we can expect to
see an increase in social and political unrest, new and untreatable
pandemics, unusual and unpredictable weather patterns throughout the
world, devastating natural disasters in the most unlikely of places,
and man made devastation beyond our wildest imagination. Our economic
well being will begin to decline and our overall feelings of insecurity
and mistrust of the world and environment around us will escalate
dramatically. December 21, 2012 is not defined by its date in
time, but by the events expected to take place on that very day. From
an astrological standpoint, we know for a fact that out celestial
bodies will align in such a way that has not happened in upwards of
26,000 years. We also know that our planet earth will complete what is
known as the “precession of the equinoxes“ or earth’s wobble which also
has not happened for nearly 26,000 years."

Looks like man has aggravated the powers of the universe - or the universe is simply continuing to evolve.
Ok I am done weirding out on you but didn't you find it
interesting? Looks like at 5:11 am CST on Dec. 21st, 2012 will be
a time to be out of bed & have a lunch packed for your journey into
the 5th dimension. Please put on clean shorts....... and again –
No Farting.
.............................................................................................................
7-1-08 - It will continue to be very difficult to make money in this market so
for heavens sake don't go bottom fishing yet. Banks &
financials look cheap but will become a lot cheaper in my opinion.
The oil prices are still a bubble ready to burst & I still
have hope for Bernanke & the dollar.
Also
please understand that the reason I continue to feel Global Warming is
a SCAM is because it is based on Co2 emissions being the cause &
the facts contradict that theory. I don't dispute the northern
ice caps are melting but I don't think they are melting due to
temperature above, but rather the temperature of the water has risen.
I also note that temperatures last year fell dramatically.
If Greenhouse Gasses are the problem, according to Al Gore &
the United Nations then why wern't the developing countries subjected
to the Tyoto agreement since China is one of the worst polluters in the
world. My answer is because they are using it as a scare tactic
against the industrialized countries & the reasons are subversive. I
still don't understand why, in the Tyoto Agreement we had to give up
our patent rights & make them available to other countries.
I
can only hope that the general poplulation figures out that this entire
Global Warming & Greenhouse Gas mania is a diversion of their
thinking in order for a complete takeover by Socialists of our
government & to form one world government.
I also hope they find out that Al Gore is a liar & that greenhouse emmissions from ethanol are actually 93% higher than gasoline according to The Edinburgh study-The study is published in the scientific journal Atmospheric Chemistry and Physics.
http://www.biodieselinvesting.com/biodiesel-archives/2008/02/20/study-finds-corn-ethanol-adding-to-greenhouse-gases/
I further hope that they find out that Al Gore has substantial investments
in a group he formed. "In November 2004 Al Gore co-founded
the investment group Generation Investment Management (GIM) in London,
England to take advantage of the "economic opportunities" global
warming was sure to produce once governments placed artificial "caps" on carbon usage. Mind you the
"economic opportunities" only apply to a small number of people poised
to profit off of strict government mandates restricting carbon
consumption and emission. Individuals and companies which exceed the
"cap" will have to purchase carbon offsets from a small group of
companies which supposedly "offset" the amount of carbon by planting
trees, building windmill farms, etc. Hence the term "cap and trade". It is at this point Al Gore and his investment vultures are poised to profit. ................. And this is
why the hype surrounding global warming is so urgent; not because the
planet is in peril, but because the profit must be made before the hoax
is uncovered and the bubble burst.
Even Time magazine, a voice of global warming alarmism, now calls the U.S. and EU biofuel programs a “clean energy scam.”
http://newsbusters.org/blogs/noel-sheppard/2008/05/05/when-will-media-expose-gores-ethanol-investments
Another hope is that they find out that ironically one of the paid shills for Big Oil is big Al Gore with
his family’s extensive holdings in the Occidental Petroleum Corporation
(Oxy), from which the family had originally acquired its wealth, Al
Gore Sr. being one of its presidents and Al Gore Jr. one of its
beneficiaries.
http://forums.crossdaily.com/m_2961077/mpage_1/key_/tm.htm
Let's allow the weather channel founder to present Al Gore
http://www.kusi.com/weather/colemanscorner/19842304.html
IT IS CONVENIENTLY forgotten today that former Vice President Al Gore,
among other leftists, once advocated that the government artificially
raise gas prices to discourage oil consumption. With the market having
set gasoline at an average price of just under $3 a gallon, some
interesting things are happening. For one, leftists are proclaiming
their outrage at the high price of gas."
http://www.unionleader.com/article.aspx?headline=SUV+dinosaurs%3F+Enviros+get+what+they+want+at+last&articleId=4f6e7e50-4975-4950-9e15-2a5982e74716
"We could not find an occasion when Al Gore advocated $5-per-gallon
gasoline, but many environmentalists are in favor of steps that would
reduce the use of fossil fuels. It's possible this is a reference
to a speech he gave in the U.S. Senate on April 11, 1991 in which he
voiced support of a National Academy of Sciences study. He said
it, "rings the alarm bells again and tells us of the urgent need to
take action now to combat global warming." Among the
recommendations of the study was "restructuring energy
prices to more accurately reflect environmental costs."
http://www.truthorfiction.com/rumors/a/anwar.htm
Ironically, the "scientific consensus" seems to be arguing the exact
opposite of Gore’s position, but as long as there is a fortune to be
made, Gore is certain to stick to his false claims. Recently on
December 20, 2007 the United States Senate released its minority report
in which it documents over 400 prominent scientists around the world
disputing Al Gore’s claims. Previous to that, thousands of scientists
had signed a petition also disputing the "man-made climate change"
theory. Apparently to no avail. Their petition and their pleas for
further study fell on deaf ears. Indeed some scientists were threatened
if they spoke out. Others were
impugned to have been paid shills for Big Oil.

....................................................................................................................
6-30-08 - The Huge Global Warming Socialist Farce & The Nobel Peace Prize.
I haven’t done a lot of ocean research but the main point is that the
climate has cycles & nothing man does will affect these cycles
& may in fact cause more harm.
The big problem, as I see it, is a worldwide attempt to diminish our world leadership.
Sure we will have individually owned or publicly owned corporations but
they are swiftly being taken over by foreign corporations or are moving
their facilities to polluting countries that are exempt from the Tyoto
agreement. So instead of polluting Chicago they will pollute
China, etc. . . Everything in America is now much cheaper
by design. If Global Warming is such a problem, why aren't all countries included in the agreement?
Years ago it was obvious we would not be able to sell American cars to
the Japanese for example because union labor in our country for auto
workers was about $40 an hour and that was around 1975 .......... years
ago. America had to figure out a way to lower our cost of goods
and during that period we had what was called Stagflation.
Stagnant wages but severe inflation. This effectively decreased
our purchasing power which converted $40 worth of bread to $20 worth of
bread. The powers decided they simply could not lower wages
enough without a revolt so this time around we chose to weaken the dollar
in the world market as many countries peg their currencies to the
dollar. This way we would be able to sell more & reduce the
trade deficit without actually lowering people’s wages. That in
and of itself was still not enough but with the added scare tactic of Global Warming the job should be finished.
I believe this entire scenario is (probably not in your lifetime) to have one world currency & one world marketplace.
So with that in place now, we will begin to see more exported goods vs.
imported & we will see foreign companies coming to the U.S. to
build their factories but right now just the opposite is happening
as jobs are being exported to China, India, Mexico, etc.. Now when you
couple that with Democracy vs. the world, it is obvious that Democracy is in the minority
& the best place to see that is within the U.N. Most
countries don't like us and therefore vote against us. It may be
simple jealousy between the haves and the have not's.
So a question might be 'what is a half-way point between Communism & Democracy'? And the answer might be Socialism.
So when you have most countries in the U.N. either communist or
socialist, what better way to twist our arms than come up with a bogus
plan to scare our citizens into believing we (the industrialized) are
causing harm to our planet so we (the U.N.) have to devise a plan
called the Tyoto Agreement that encourages all underprivileged nations
to pollute like mad but convince the U.S. and other industrialized
nations to stop. That being done, it is quite obvious that the Tyoto agreement has nothing to do with Greenhouse Gases or Global Warming because one of the biggest polluters is China, India, & those who are exempted from the treaty.
Much of the info below is from other
web sites that I have noted at the bottom, while the info above is just
my inquisitive mind.
Now about that damned Nobel Prize.
"The first thing to note is that the Nobel Peace Prize at times takes
the form of summary judgment, being issued in the same year as or the
year immediately following the political act. Some
commentators have suggested that to award a peace prize on the basis of
unquantifiable contemporary opinion is unjust or possibly erroneous,
especially as many of the judges cannot themselves be said to be
impartial observers. "(ed - A really big problem right now as the FACTS don't fit the SCAM)
"The Norwegian Parliament appoints the Norwegian Nobel Committee, which selects the Laureate for the Peace Prize."
Getting the Nobel Prize is relatively easy.
"The important thing to remember is that peace doesn't have much to do
with it.............The best way to get credit in Oslo is to conduct
your humanitarian pursuits while working with some vast global agency. (Such as the U.N.)......................The
Peace Prize has also gone to Cordell Hull, who helped found the United
Nations; to Dag Hammarskjöld, the former head of the United Nations; to
Kofi Annan, another former head of the United Nations; and to a wide
range of delegates to and officials within the United Nations. (ed - Another way is to kill a lot of people and then stop.)
My advice to anyone who wants to follow in the footsteps of Linus
Pauling and the Dalai Lama is to ...................Start an
organization devoted to murder and mayhem—something on the SPECTRE/Al
Qaeda/Medellin Cartel model—and then agree to a truce. In theory, you
could accomplish this in an afternoon, but to make a splash big enough
to impress the Nobel judges it's probably best to bargain with
something larger than the Nashville Police Department's hostage
negotiations unit. Choose your target wisely."
http://www.reason.com/news/show/122958.html
"When the past nominations were released it was discovered that Adolf Hitler was nominated in 1939 by
Erik Brandt, a member of the Swedish Parliament. Brandt retracted the
nomination after a few days. Other infamous nominees included Joseph Stalin and Benito Mussolini. However, since nomination requires
only support from one qualified person (ed - e.g., a history professor
or Bill Clinton to get Gore off of the campaign trail), these unusual
nominations do not represent the opinions of the Nobel committee itself. (ed - worth repeating - these unusual nominations do not represent the opinions of the Nobel Committee)
Unlike the other Nobel Prizes, which recognize completed scientific or literary accomplishment, the
Nobel Peace Prize may be awarded to persons or organizations that are
in the process of resolving a conflict or creating peace. As some such processes have failed to create lasting peace, some Peace Prizes appear questionable in hindsight.
For example, the awards given to Theodore Roosevelt (ed.-Who stated
that the Spanish American war was fun), Jimmy Carter, Woodrow Wilson,
Martin Luther King Jr., Shimon Peres, Yitzhak Rabin, Yasser Arafat, Lê
Ðức Thọ and Henry Kissinger were particularly controversial and
criticized; the Kissinger award prompted two dissenting Committee members to resign.
A particular claimed weakness of the Nobel Peace Prize awarding process
is the swiftness of recognition. The scientific and literary Nobel
Prizes are usually issued in retrospect, often two or three decades
after the awarded achievement, thus representing a time-proven
confirmation and balance of approval by the established academic
community, seldom contradicted by newer developments. In contrast, in
pro-democracy struggles, it may be said that the 'real' peace-makers may not be recognized for their long-term or subtle approaches. However, others have pointed to the uniqueness of the Peace Prize in that its high profile can often focus world attention on particular problems and possibly aid in the peace-efforts themselves."
The IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) does not carry out
research, nor does it monitor climate or related phenomena. A main
activity of the IPCC is publishing special reports on topics relevant
to the implementation of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change
(UNFCCC), an international treaty that acknowledges the possibility of
harmful climate change; implementation of the UNFCCC led eventually to
the Kyoto Protocol. The IPCC bases its assessment mainly on peer
reviewed and published scientific literature."
(ed-) Of course now we have the problem that the facts don't fit the farce and
millions of people are dependent on these governmental grants to
survive. Hence we have the NASA scientist, Dr. James Hansen, now
wanting to punish nay-sayers with "Crimes Against Humanity" and that
broad at the Weather Channel, Heidi Cullen" who wants to take away the
academic credentials of those opposed to Global Warming, which
comprises most of the weather experts.
"Modern liberalism is based on socialism.
Socialism requires that all citizens be stripped of their rights and
accept themselves as property of the state. What better way to get
people to sell themselves into slavery than to say that it is necessary
to save the planet."Democracy in action - Are you pissed yet?

How stupid can Global Warming supporters become? (you have no idea)
New Zealand scientists claim
to have developed a "flatulence inoculation" aimed at cutting down on
the massive amount of methane produced by its sheep and cows. 45
million sheep and 10 million cattle in New Zealand burped and farted
about 90 percent of that country's methane emissions, according to
government figures.

worried about global warming have turned to one of Mother Nature's
cleanest "natural gas" producers, the kangaroo, for help. It seems that
when kangaroos fart, the stuff contains none of the methane produced by
cattle and sheep breaking wind. Scientists want to transfer the
bacteria from kangaroos' stomachs to those animals to cut down on their
noxious emissions.

To date I have found no scientific reports on Redneck Chili Farts but watch out Bubba. You may find your ass connected to a Hummer.
